NWT Light-Up Unicorn Costume Girls One Size.  Pink Tutu skirt with an elastic waist; pink netting over a pink nylon skirt.  A tail is attached to the middle back waist of the skirt, made of 6 colors of netting.  The tail is 21 long and hangs 9 below the skirt hemline.  Colors of the tail are purple, blue, yellow, green, pink and orange.  Headband with pointed ears and a colorful satin horn protruding from the center of the headband. A netted, multicolor tail hangs down the back of the headband.  This tail has lighting that is activated by an on/off switch on the underside of the headband tail.  The picture on the label shows the skirt having lights.  This skirt does NOT have lights, only the tail of the headband.  One size fits most for ages 3+.  Approximate measurements of skirt when laying flat: elastic waist:  10.25, it will stretch length of skirt from bottom of elastic waistband:  12.5
