Description

This is the Serve Up tennis training aid.

Quoted from the official website:

The Serve Up is a compact training aid that fits in your pocket, allowing you to practice your serve anytime, anywhere.
The serving motion of skilled players is always the same! This training tool aims to help you master the crucial sequence for serving: shoulder → upper arm → elbow → forearm → wrist.
By acquiring the correct serving motion and rotation, you can master a proper and beautiful serve form.
With the correct form, you'll see improvements in ball speed and spin, enabling you to deliver powerful and strong serves.
Furthermore, by improving your form, you can prevent injuries and pain in the most crucial areas for tennis, such as tennis elbow, shoulders, and wrists.
