Acacia wood serving tray with black metal wire rim and handles, 16 inch diameter

Round wooden serving trays with metal frames represent a popular contemporary home decor trend that emerged in the 2010s, combining rustic wood aesthetics with modern industrial metal accents. This style gained significant popularity through home goods retailers like Target's Hearth & Hand with Magnolia collection, which helped establish the farmhouse-modern aesthetic in American homes. These trays appeal to homeowners seeking versatile, functional decor that works as both serving pieces and decorative accents. The combination of natural wood grain and minimalist metal framing makes them popular for kitchen organization, table centerpieces, and styled vignettes in contemporary and farmhouse-style interiors.
