【Used Item: Panasonic Smoker & Roaster NF-RT1000】

This is a Smoke & Roaster for cooking (grilling, smoking) fish, meat, vegetables, etc. It was manufactured in 2017 and has been used about 20 times, but it cooks perfectly.

You can grill fish and meat without worrying about smoke or odor, and you can also do authentic smoking indoors. (I have never used the smoking function, so I will not describe it here.)
Fish and chicken can be cooked deliciously using only the 6 automatic menus. Saury, salmon fillets, dried horse mackerel, and chicken are especially excellent and taste as good as restaurant-quality.
I have only used the automatic menus, and I think they are sufficient.

However, cleaning is a bit troublesome. After use, it is recommended to disassemble and wash with water, but to remove odors, washing with detergent is necessary.

Also, while there are no issues with cooking, the grill rack installed inside has paint peeling in several places (see the last 4 photos). The paint on the grill rack is very poor. After purchasing from Amazon, the paint peeled off after only 3 uses, so it was replaced with a new one.

Other than this peeling, there are no scratches, dents, etc.
