The main forefoot and center tread are sharp and intact. There is noticeable sloped wear (heel drag) on the back outer edges of the heel pads where the chain pattern has worn smooth, but the rubber remains thick and completely structurally sound with plenty of life left. ⚠️ NOTE ON SIZING (Please Read Before Buying):The inner fabric tag explicitly states Mens Size 8 M. Please note that the bottom rubber outsole is molded with the stamp G M. The G stands for Gents (Men's) and M stands for Medium width—the letter G is stylized by L.L. Bean and can often be mistaken for the number 6. The official size to follow is the inner fabric tag (Men's 8 M). L.L. Bean boots are intentionally built spacious to accommodate thick winter socks.
