Beautiful vintage signed FAP Italian micro-mosaic earrings featuring intricate multicolor floral designs created from tiny hand-set glass tesserae. Each round mosaic is surrounded by ornate gold-tone filigree metalwork with wonderful old-world detailing. Features traditional adjustable screwback closures for unpierced ears. Signed FAP on the reverse hardware. These are an older collectible pair with beautiful natural patina and age-related wear to the metal consistent with their age. The micro-mosaic designs remain colorful and detailed. A gorgeous example of early Italian micro-mosaic jewelry and a wonderful piece for a vintage or antique jewelry collection.
