I purchased these for my son's elementary school graduation ceremony last year.
If you also need tabi socks (a simple type worn like socks), I can include them for an additional 200 yen. Please comment if you'd like them. These were also only worn once. They have some sort of non-slip feature on the sole.
The size is L, approximately 25cm in length. However, since the heel is meant to be exposed, they can also fit those around 26cm. My son, who wears a 25.5cm, was planning to wear these.
It rained on the day of the ceremony, so they were only worn indoors for photos.
They are lightweight like flip-flops, so I think they are easy to walk in.
The base of the thong strap (tsumaki) is made of a felt-like material and has some slight fuzziness.
