Vintage Reuge Edelweiss Musical Mantle Clock with Floral Hand-Painted Detail

Working Reuge musical mantle clock with a Swiss movement that plays Edelweiss. Black finish with gold-tone accents, Roman numeral dial, and hand-painted floral detail. Reuge has made precision Swiss music boxes since 1865, and this is a collectible example of their mantle clock line.  Condition: gently used with minor wear. Left leg is broken but clock still stands straight.  Otherwise the case is clean and the movement plays.  Hand-painted floral panel is intact with no cracking or loss. Roman numeral dial is clear and legible. A hard-to-find Reuge piece outside of specialty auctions and estate sales.
