From the official website:
The defining feature of Vibram FiveFingers, the independent five-toe design, liberates your toes, which are often restricted within regular shoes.
With each toe moving independently, you can naturally grip the ground firmly and make fine balance adjustments.

For example, in daily activities like standing and walking, as well as during sports and training, allowing your toes to open and move naturally is expected to lead to:
- Maintaining the correct foot shape
- Stable posture
- Reduced risk of falls and injuries

Even during long periods of standing work or outdoor activities, consciously using your toes can reduce fatigue and support more comfortable performance.
