Delivery and Installation
- As this is a very large item, separate delivery and installation fees will apply.
The current location is Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
(Costs vary depending on factors such as region, floor, and location. As a rough estimate, when I had it installed, it was in the low 200,000 yen range for delivery from the neighboring town and installation on the first floor.)
Condition
- There are minor scratches consistent with age, but there are no issues with soundproofing performance or usability, and it is in extremely good condition.
While the buyer is generally responsible for arranging delivery and installation,
it is also possible to request this through a Kawai authorized dealer at the store of purchase.
This is a rare and valuable large soundproof room that rarely comes up for sale used, so please consider it if you are looking for one.
