Do you have the initials "CAF"? Silver colored red velvet line jewelry box heart

Do you have the initials CAF? Silver colored red velvet line jewelry box heart I can't find a marking on it that says it is real silver or silver plated but I took some silver polish to the top and it shined up nicely. It was tough to even see that the initials were on the box at first. There is a pin missing for the hinge of the box but the lit sits on the dish nicely without the pin in place. There is a little padding under the red velvet. This would be perfect for a very special ring.
