Vintage 14kt YG, 4x6mm pear cut‎ faceted RUBY with accent diamonds ring!

This beauty came from a friend's estate and I am helping her sell off her stunning pieces. This is such a CUTE piece. There is a 4x6mm (ish) pear cut ruby at the center of a heart setting. On the left side are all 1.5mm round cut natural diamonds for added sparkle! There are about 9 of them.  The inside of the shank is marked 14kt (it's not very clear because it was soldered) and SUMA (makers mark?) It is about 2.4g in 14kt gold weight. Size 5.5 (but can be sized up or down by your jeweler)   Please inspect and enlarge the pictures to assess the condition of the item for yourself. Please ask any questions you might have.
