Rare, Not for Sale, Large Format Architectural Design Catalog: NEO CLASSIC, Photography Prop, Reference Material

This is a brochure (catalog) for NEO CLASSIC, a rental prop service that was once based in Sendagaya, Shibuya Ward.
It features numerous classic architectural elements such as Greek and Roman columns, statues, and beams, and can also be used as a design resource.

Although this was originally used as a catalog for rental props for photo shoots,
it can be enjoyed as a stylish art book, combining monochrome photographs and diagrams.

[Size]
Approximately 37cm x 26cm (close to B4 size)
It is slightly larger than a standard magazine (A4), and the photographs are substantial, making it a beautiful piece to display when opened.
It will be shipped in an 80-size courier box.

[Condition: Please confirm]
As this is an old document from about 30 years ago, there are signs of age-related deterioration such as scuffs, fading, and darkening throughout.

The cover has scuffs and dirt, and there are age-related stains on the edges and inside.
There are also small creases on the corners, and the overall item shows signs of use.
While it is perfectly readable for practical use or as a reference, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a pristine item or are sensitive to such details.

This would be ideal for those seeking resources for architecture and interior design, those interested in props for photography, antiques, Western classical styles, or collectors.

Please check the condition in the photos before considering your purchase.
