*If you wish, we can include a used charging adapter (junk item) which may be broken.
My AquaX is unable to charge even when placed on the charging stand, and the main unit does not turn on (or turns on for a moment but shows 0% charge). Therefore, it seems that either the charging adapter, the charging stand, or the vacuum cleaner unit itself is broken, but we are unsure of the exact cause. If you would like the charging adapter included as a spare, even with the assumption that it is broken, we will include it. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or refunds based on the charging adapter.
