Quoted from the internet:
The Rodeo Boy II is an easy-to-use horse riding fitness equipment developed based on a horse riding exercise machine, where you simply sit and sway.
By adding vertical and swinging movements to the front/back and left/right movements of the seat, the motion becomes three-dimensional, strengthening the muscles of the lower limbs and core (abdominal and back muscles) compared to the conventional Rodeo Boy.
The seat is designed to fit your sitting posture, allowing for stable training of the abdominal, back, and thigh muscles, which are not typically used.
It provides an aerobic workout equivalent to walking, easily done indoors.
With reins, even those with less confidence in their physical strength can use it safely and continue their daily routine with ease.
Recommended for those concerned about lack of exercise or poor posture. It features automatic courses, 4 levels of speed adjustment, and a 15-minute auto-timer to prevent overuse.
